Could someone please help me to set up and list my statistics, like my band date and starting and present weight? I just don't know how or where to go to achieve this. Everyone else lists these things and it always helps me to see their progress. I would certainly appreciate any help anyone can offer.

Top left on the blue bar, click User CP

find Edit Signature and click

type your info in the box, however you want it to appear, click save changes and voila!

This is where you paste your ticker if you want to. Just click on anyone's ticker and it takes you to the ticker factory website. follow their directions. At the end, highlight the addy for use with vBulletins, copy, then come back to LBT and paste to your signature.
