Lost 4 pounds this week. Better than gaining like last week. I was a good girl this week, exercised 4 days for over an hour of cardio, ate pretty well: Protein, Protein, protein......I hope I can keep this up.

2nd fill next week, can't wait.

Not a great eating week I made a lot of bad food choices and my weight loss shows it only lost 1 lb this week.

Sorry, I've been MIA for a few weeks, but I just checked everyone's postings and a few were left off again, I think they should be up to date now that I've added them back.

REMINDERS:

* You do NOT need to update this on a regular basis, just whenever you want to and of course by Labor Day.

* Quote the LAST entry (Hit 'Quote' at the bottom of the very LAST post here) and then add or update your own information. This is important: DELETE THE BEGINNING AND END QUOTE MARKS/PERSONS ID, NUMBERS AND THE BRACKETS!

What you need to delete looks like this at the beginning: (QUOTE=Band_Groupie;1267092) and this at the end: (/QUOTE) (except the brackets are the squared kind). If you don't do this the next person can't capture the updated list with your changes (and you can delete things not on the list, like these words!)

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

        As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

        Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

      Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
