I am new to this!

Hi there - I was banded in early April so I am just getting the hang of this! How much did everyone lose in the beginning - I am a little frustrated. I can still eat a lot more than I thought I would be able to.

That is absolutely normal, until you actually start getting the fills and get to your sweet spot it's easy to still over eat a little bit. Everyone is different with their weightloss because your an individual and it also depends on how early you get back into excercise and what not. Good luck =)
