Need Advice On Champva Orthopedic Surgeon In Washington

I am in one of the last stages of having my pre lapbanding. But I can't find a surgeon who accepts CHAMPVA insurance. Is there anyone in WA that has CHAMPVA that also have this problem or seen a doctor that accepts the insurance? I just need a letter stating that if I loose weight that my ankle and knee pain/problems will go away. I am open to where the doctor is, at this point we will travel for it as I have called over 100 surgeons this morning being told they all do not accept CHAMPVA. Can someone help? lol :(
