Just adjusting for new weight (down a few more pounds). I'm not sure if I'll really lose 20 pounds by the 4th (I'm a slow loser), but it is still a good goal to keep in mind! Since the 4th is about 11 weeks from now, I'm hoping to AT LEAST lose about 10 more pounds.

I have an idea--why doesn't everyone post how many total pounds they've lost since starting the challenge? That way we'll be able to cheer each other on better.

(Unless the "start" weight, listed at the beginning of the listing, is supposed to be your weight at the beginning of the challenge and not your start weight from being banded??--I've never been able to figure that out...?)

Anyway, I've lost eight pounds so far! Yeah!

Hmm. My "start weight" was my original starting weight from being banded. Maybe I need to change my stats. But if you look over the list, a lot of people put their original start weight, not the start weight from the beginning of the challenge, so I do think there has been a bit of confusion on the issue.

I can't think of a good short word/phrase for "Start at beginning of challenge" though.

Anyway, I'm going to change my stats..
