3rd fill -5cc in a 10cc band

I just recently went in for my third fill and I was taken from 4cc's to 5cc's. I am really feeling the restriction now . Just 1/2 cup of liquid and I feel FULL. Is this normal!?

Payad, Just wondering why do you think it took 3 fills to get to the point of feeling restriction? I was banded on 2/5 and feel like I could eat everthing. My first fill is 3/9. How do you communicate to the doctor in order to get to the sweet spot? Thanks to you all any advice will be helphfull.

I have around the same fill level in my 10cc band and I have plenty of restriction. I don't measure my food, but I can only eat small portions. I take very small bites and chew, chew, chew. At this fill level I am not able to eat Rice, Breads, Pasta's. I can eat pretty much anything else...

Lady: Most Doctors fill at a slow level. My Doc says fast fills can cause slippage and other problems...You are probably in what we call Banster Hell. I went through it...It was not easy, but following my Doctors orders is what has made me so successful I'm my opinion

Hrmmm...I am also only able to take small sips of water at a time, its not painful or anything but I can feel it in my chest. My Dr said that I had to be on liquids for 2 days and then move onto mushies for another 2 days. She also stated that I may have a little discomfort due to the fact that she had to remove all fluid to measure the amount. She said my stomach would swell a little ?
