date moved, going to dinner

I'm on day 5 of the pre-op diet, not cheating at all. I just got a call that my surgery is moving from 2/27 to 3/3. I'll start the pre-op again tomorrow, but tonight, I'm going out to dinner. I'm sure adding a few extra days would have some value, but another good meal.....priceless.

It is all a choice. If you have been following so well the first 5 days and you are starting fresh tomorrow and will still get your full 2 weeks in, a healthy dinner probably wouldn't make a huge difference if you make conscientous decisions.

In a way you are kind of lucky, you have 5 extra days of following the plan that are going to put you in a much better position for surgery and with weight loss.
