I have a treadmill and a recumbent bike. I love Hip Hop Abs and Zumba,(both of which I do at home daily except Sunday) however, I enjoy going to the gym for classes such as Body pump, Zumba, Body flow and Aqua Aerobics.

I am a Baby Nurse I work nights its better to just pop in my home DVD when I get in in the morning. love to dance so I purchased Hip Hop Abs. Shaun T makes you move and it doesn't feel like I'm excercising sometimes I do 2 or 3 hours because I have so much fun. I was banded in Oct of 2008 I have lost 40 lbs 60 more to go. I also do Tae Bo with Billy Blanks.

i go to the gym and to cardio classes, but sometimes i just feel like working out at home. I--personally--hate really hard to learn routines so i have several leslie sansone "in house walking tapes."

They are fun (i like t he walk your waistline and the advanced 5 mile tape--you can stop at each mile marker) and they are easy (the steps). Amazon has them really cheap, but she has her own website as well.

I am using the Walk At Home DVDs by Leslie Sansome. I have only been using them for a month but boy have they made a HUGE difference.

I use Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds DVD's. I mix them up...3miles, then the next day 4 miles, then will use my Core Secrets ball and 2 mile walk. I love them. I have about 2 dozen of her tapes. My personal goal is 45-60 minutes of exercise a day so I'm even putting a few of her two miles tapes together for my 4 miles.

I exercise 5-6 days a week. I can really see a difference.

I just can't use exercise equipement others have used...my husband and son think I'm crazy.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
