Hey Chef girl I live in Gila Bend. not too far from you. I went swimming yesterday  for the 1st time this year! it was nice and cold. I like to do my exercises in the pool. I'm like a fish in the summer time. Keep up the good work. Debi

I'm at 248 and the weight seems to be coming off very very slowly. But going down is the right direction!

Hi All, some weeks are better than others . Staying still is still SSOOO much better than a gain  i'm still stuck but my BP dropped and I've been craving salt. So I retain fluid... (duh) oh well, see another doctor next week ( Have had a 'sinus infection"since the end of :sad:Feb)

I forgot to weigh until Sun and just now getting around to post. I'm down 1 pound. I really had hoped to be under 200 by my birthday (and when my hubby comes home for 2 weeks) next month but I don't think I'll make it...I should be close though.

Once again I have no weight loss to report. I am so disgusted. I guess I am going to have to starve to break this plateau because exercising and drinking Water is not working.

Went to see the doc yesterday and no weight loss in the month. He told me that its quite normal, gave me another .5 fill. Apparently, he has had some patients who lost practically nothing in the first year, and lost all the weight in the second year. He keeps telling me it will happen. I have to believe him. its hard sometimes. whats everyone else eating at this stage? i wonder if i am eating too much. care bear.

Down to 236. That is 2 lbs in over two weeks. I am very upset. I am not eating right and need to get back on track.

I was wondering about the weeks on the chart. Like, today is the fist weekday in May, and there are 5 Sat in May. How do I break that down into four weeks? I was going to try adding a week to May, but don't know how. Could you edit that Pete?

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
