I canNOT believe this... I had the most beautiful, touching, wonderful 1st post to this new thread and "POOF!" -- it's gone!

Maybe it's the cyber-world telling me it's time to get to bed... good night, my lovelies!!

My contractions started at 2:40 AM....had my regular dr visit @ 9:30 AM, was dilated to 5 at the dr office, he sent me to the hospital, broke my water @ noon and I had her at 10:23 PM....but the time FLEW by!

Tonight's gratitude list:

The post from HarleyNana was letting us know what we already knew. She didn't know that we had heard. Thank God...I thought it was something in addition to what we already knew....

Home from work and I'm pooped.

Not sure how to take what HarleyNana had to say to us. I'm sure she means well but ALL I wish is for the best for Kat, Manda and Kinsey. I really don't see any of us saying anything to hurt Kat. She's our sister. In fact I mailed a card today to Manda to let her know she is in my thoughts.

I'm sure we all wish her love and hope.

Tomorrow I will be gone most of the day. I have to work in the morning than head over tothe Doc's to give blood for tests. Than my Aunt is having surgery so I'm headed over to hte hospital, it's just a hernia repair but someone needs to be there when she wakes up. I'll be home in time to fix something to eat and than it's our shift at the hospital. So it will be late before I can check in.

Judy, I am wishing you and your family as much luck, faith and hope for your journey. I will keep all of you in my prayers.

Ok for us that have no children and get grossed out by all that birthing gunk, can you take it to the Baby Thread if there is one. Just the nasty gunky talk. I can handle the baby kicking and heartburn and decorating. LOL.

Well, the day is done and Grandma is pooped. Ethan was here until 6 p.m. We had a fun day with reading and doing online games and playing Wii of course. He'll be back tomorrow and the rest of the week. Jen was a bit better today and on two meds now. Hopefully each day will be better. I'm still doing well on eating, though I did make a pre-packaged dinner tonight and it was one of those DON'T EAT THAT ones. I just had a few bites of it.. chicken, Pasta and spinach in a parmesan cheese sauce. The Bobster ate a bunch of it and he's still pb'ing even 5 hours later. It really did him in, but at least we learned a lesson not to have pasta!

I'm going to head to bed. Ethan will be here at 8 and I have to go to the hospital and do my shift. Everyone have a good night. sleep well. Continued prayers to Kat and Manda.

Rain and rain and rain. Great. We need it.
