I'm here....but busy as heck! We're finishing up the school year as we get out on Tuesday afternoon--finally! I start my summer camp a week from Monday. UGH. Busy time...are you all still losing weight?! I'm not losing right now, but doing my best to keep up my workouts and diet.

OH, but I'm NOT gaining either!!!!

busy busy busy

June is my busiest month at work. I'm a preschool secretary, our preschoolers are graduating on the 27 and there is so much planing to do, plus I'm completing my registrations for the new year. 52 new kids will start July 1. tons of paper work. but this year has actually gone very well.

trying to stay on the band wagon, excersizing, eating well (most of the time) and feeling good

If only I can reach the 50 lb mark.

Things are crazy. I'm doing classes with other math teachers. I'm on day 9 of 10 and can't wait to finish tomorrow. I've been a horrible bandster while I've been at "camp" and I'm hating it. The only up side is there is no scale to wag it's nasty little needle at me saying, "You're a pig!!"

I'll face that needle soon though. I may need some cheering up then. Right now...I'm just trying to survive without going postal on someone.

How have you been Chris? I've been thinking about you. And I haven't moved on.....I'm just not here. PM me if you need to talk....and I check back here almost daily to see what is going on. Once I feel better about the last 10 days mentally I'll share the hell I've been feeling while I've been here. Proabably a week or so. I go home on the 28th. It will be awfully good to take a deep breath and sleep in my own bed.

Tell me about all the wonderful summer stuff you've been able to do as a thinner person.....wait. I'll start a thread here for that.....then we can all share. Maybe we can generate a little bit of interest.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
