Guess what I did today?

I bought a scale. Hasn't been one I could use in my house for probably 25 years. And it looks like the news was good and I may be down another 12.5 pounds!! Just need to weigh in at the doc's on Tuesday and compare them. I'm very excited.:thumbup:

Anyone else scale-less prior to Lap Band?
