weight scale at bottom of message

Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone,

I know this question is really going to give some people the shits, because I'm sure it's been asked 1,000,000 times, but I've done my best and can't work it out - I can't even find any threads about it - I'm a complete computer moron.

Anyway, I need to know how you get the scale and info at the bottom of the message happening.

Thanks to anyone with the patience, and knowledge, to answer.l

Take care,

Rachel.

Hi Trace,

I did it, I did it !!! Well, I sort of did it. I've got the ticker happening. When I tried to put up more details I could only get info on fertility treatment.

Could be a problem with their site so I'll try again tomorrow.

Thanks for the info.

Take care,

Rachel.

Okay, I don't know about the fertility thing, but Tammymaybeband is working on this too. Ya'll go to the thread "Need help......" by beachbabe(soon) and look at what we've been working on there. Maybe that will help...I don't have lots of knowledge, but I do have patience!

Just went to Ticker Factory...don't click on the box called "weight tracker", wait for the flower "NEXT" box to pop up, then put a dot in the weight tracker circle and go from there...I was getting sent to fertility too when I clicked inside the weight tracker box...

Thanks Kathy,

I appreciate the info - and I'm off to give it a go. Hopefully, next time you here from me I'll have all my info at the bottom.

Best wishes,

Rachel.

You go into the user CP (see link at top left of page) and then click on the Edit Signature link (you'll see it on the left hand side). You'll want to copy the link that you've created by highlighting it, then holding the Ctrl and C buttons down at the same time. (Make sure that you copy the BB Code link, and not one of the other ones.) Once you do that, you can paste it into the Signature box area by holding down the Ctrl and V buttons at the same time. Then just click submit and it should work for you.

Good luck!

Still having no luck - Kelly, are you speaking English? Unfortunately I don't have a computer savvy teen in the house but I've got a friend who might be able to help out.

Thanks for the info.

Take care,

Rachel.

Try it this way Rachel: At the top of this page on the left click USER CP. On that page (in the left hand column) click EDIT SIGNATURE. There will be a square on the screen. Type in your name and statistics (if you like) then click on SAVE SIGNATURE. That will give you a permanent signature at the bottom of your posts. Now, minimize this screen by clicking the little minus sign at the top right hand side of your screen. Go to TickerFactory.com and highlight your ticker (click on it , it turns blue), then, go to the top, left side of your screen and click EDIT, then COPY. Now, maximize your lapband talk page (click the bar at the bottom). Click the area where you want your ticker to go. Go back to the top and click EDIT, then PASTE, then SAVE SIGNATURE. Now go to one of your posts and see if it took. I'm not that computer saavy either but I hope this helps.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
