I need F**king help!!!!

I am soooo hungry it is crazy ... I need a fill now. I am on mushies and I am starving. I am so tempted to go down the street to get chinese food and just eat ... not a lot ... just small shrimp fried rice! :) That would be so tasty right now. And I am so damn cranky I had 6 teeth pulled out on Monday 3 from each side all wisdom ... I had 2 additional wisdoms up top! And it fu<king hurts! The right side healed perfectly no pain at all. But the damn left side where he had to stitch is awful! I HATE IT! I just want this phase to be over! I wanna pulled my hair out and stomp on the shit .... FUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry I need that I am really sorry ... But I am still hungry. ;) Any assistance... I want that chinese food :) but maybe this is enough to bring me to my senses. I have worked hard and I dont wanna throw it all down the drain.

Ok so it blocked out the part when I said the f word for a really long time LOL ... and when I said that I wanted to pull out my fu<king hair and stomp on it LOL ... Oh yeah and that part when I said that my mouth really fu<king hurts ... so just to clarify ... cause it's really screwed and chopped!

Of course there are those f moments when we want to f..ing tell the f..ing world to f... stop... lol

But it will keep on revolving!

And the teeth pain will stop too.... ;o);)

If you are hungrey....GO EAT!!!!! The difference is, think before you stuff. Rice is the WORST thing you could eat...it swells and it's not worth it. Eat to fill you. Don't eat fried stuff or chocolate stuff or whatever, but get something (mashed potatoes! Put some good stuff on it!) to soothe your hungry beast. I find that if you fight it too long, not only do you get REALLY cranky, but you may tend to REALLY blow it down the line. How about some good chinese Soup? I had some Miso soup last night that was to die for, and took the edge off. Or get something soft (without rice). I find when I am "starving" that Protein really helps. I got into Groton fish filets heavily during my mushie stage. They were just the right size and took the edge off and tasted great.

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

        Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

        Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

      Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
