losing, I would be really ticked too.

Speaking of wind strong enough to knock power out, it knocked ours out at about 3 today. They just got it back on. Thank goodness. It is going to be 28 degrees here tonight. Too cold for my little ones with no heat. Anyway, everyone is warm and cozy in their beds now.

We went to Walmart to kill time and I FOUND THE STUFFED CHICKEN!!!!!

They had 4 kinds. I bought one of each except the jalopeno one. Don't do hot. I can't wait to try them. I also got some green onion and chive cream cheese. That sounds good with ham to me.

went to the doctor today. I was down 12 pounds in 3 weeks. My doctor was very pleased. I told her that I still feel like I can eat more than I want to. She gave me a fill of 0.5cc. That's a total of 7.5cc. I am on liquids until morning, so I don't know what difference it has made yet. I am handling liquids ok.

The one I didn't get was cheesy jalopeno or something like that. The other one I got was Pepper Jack and Swiss-American Cheeses and Bacon Stuffed chicken. It has6 carbs per serving.

Of the 2 you have, which is your favorite.

I think I like the spinach and artichoke the best. I've always loved spinach and artichoke dip and that's what it reminds me of. The bacon and cheese stuffed ones sound sooooo good. I'm going to have to look again when I go back. I probably wouldn't care for the jalapeno one either, since I can't drink with my meals.

hi

Can I join you low carbing....it is the only thing that works for me.Thing is my band is quite tight and stuff like tuna, chicken and meat gets stuck.Oh and eggs are also off limits at the moment. So I eat and BP.When I liquidize it I just dont stay full.I am really trying.

What is the balance.I have lost 10 pounds in 10 days (of a regain of nearly 50 I might add)We dont have a wallmart here so no fancy products.

What sauce can I use with the Proteins that is low carb?

Thanks for your input.

Yes, they can be cooked from the frozen state. You bake them @400 degrees for about 35 minutes.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
