Does Insurance pay for fills?

I'm wondering if your insurance pays for the banding proceedure, will they pay for the fills afterward? What is the typical charge for a fill?

    If your insurance pays for the Lap Band, they should cover the cost of the maintenence of the band, which includes fills. Check with your policy, not just your insurance company, since not all plans within the same company have the same coverage. You should be able to do this online. The code for LapBand is 43843. Good luck!
