I surpassed my goal weight by 2pounds! in March is my 9 month follow up. I was just thinking back to two weeks after my surgery when I ended up in the hospital with dehydration and not hitting my protein goals. Here a I am kicking ass and taking names.

    I've changed my goal twice. I have 4 lbs to go to get to my current goal and I'm 9 months out as well. I don't think I want to loose any more than that. It's been a heck of a ride I'm so glad I got on. My life has changed so much
