Need some technical help w/my signature...

Can anyone tell me how to get my ticker onto my signature please? I thought all I had to do was paste the link, but that didn't work. Any help would be appreciated since I'm having surgery on the 26th and would like to have this up and running to track my weight loss. Thanks. KKG

hi,

did you go to the site and fill out the information?

After that is when you cut and paste. I just did mine today and it worked. I hope that helps if not tell me what you did try and I will ask the resident computer geek. ;)

Good luck with your surgery!

Yes, I did fill it all out and then copied and pasted the link it provided at the ticker website onto my signature page here and it said "invalid link". Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for replying as well. Congrats on your awesome success, I hope to be where you are in two years. Can you share some tips that have helped you the most? Thanks. KKG
Tips....
Measure your food. Walk walk walk. Walking helps with the gas you may feel after surgery plus it's good exercise! For the first few months I walked about 2 miles a day, I lived in the city (portland or) and walked or took the train ever place. Now I live in the sticks near Mt Hood and I use a treadmill because it's so cold out.... I walk for about 45 min's on the treadmill. I know it seems like a long time but it's all part of the plan to be fabulous by 50!
Good luck and I look forward to hearing from you after the 26th!

I'll ask the geek about the ticker!

Kelly - Best of Luck on Wednesday! I'm a 45 yr. old mother of 3 sons who weighed 373 on May 3, 2007. I am a career woman and was having health issues and could hardly get around without being in pain - mostly my feet and back. I do inspections at work which requires walking quite a bit some days. It was getting difficult for me, I was breathing hard. Since making the commitment to have the lapband surgery on May 3rd, I have lost 75 pounds and feel so much better. I'm off all my meds and walking 30 minutes a day on my treadmill. Again - best of luck to you! No regrets here!

Congrats on the 75 lbs. Gus1962 and thanks so much for the encouragement and kind words, it helps sooooo much to know that there have been so many to go before me. I hope to talk with you more soon. Any words of advice on what to do for success like yours? Thanks again. Keep up the great work! KKG

Good Luck is all I can say. I finally got it but I can't tell you how I did it. Someone did walk me through it but it took a while even with that.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well. I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening. So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this?? Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
