Use google shopping search if you know the name of the product. Bariatric Pal has a lot of products, but there are many other bariatric sites selling products. Amazon carries a lot of bariatric products, too.

If you’re newly post-op and purchasing from this site- go with the protein broths, either beef or chicken, and the tomato soup. They’re great savory options among the sea of too sweet protein shakes. When you’re a little farther out, try the sloppy joe packets. Those were some of my favorite products for about a year.

Also, if you have trouble swallowing multivitamins then try the bariatricpal protein one powder.

I use a few store. Some have better protein, some have better vitamins.

My Protein and Collagen is from 1st Phorm 1stphorm

My B-50 vitamin and Calcium chews are from Bariatric Fusion

My one a day Multi w/ Iron & Calcium are from ProCare Health

And my B-12 is from Amazon
