Hi did anyone go through NYS healthfirst Medicaid coverage? What did they require before surgery? I’m already in supervised medical Weightloss but this was before i had interest in a surgery, and I feel I would benefit more a sleeve surgery now as I am not seeing results

Mine was through MVP Medicaid and at time of surgery the guidelines were, at least 1 pound lost, 3 months nutrition, 2 support groups, cardiologist, pulmonologist, psych, primary, gastroenterologist clearances and maybe more! It was an ordeal
