Possibly...have you cut out caffeine? It's also possible you need some electrolytes (you should be able to find some without any added sugar or no/low sugar).

Yes, it's very common. It could be "keto flu" as you stop carbs. It should stop soon, as long as you don't "cheat". Feel better soon!

Yes, I have completely cut caffeine out. Maybe more electrolytes is needed because I've been mainly drinking my protein shakes and drinking water.

Thanks, no cheating although I've thought about it several times. I feel I've came too far to mess up now. Thanks again.

Thanks, I'm currently drinking ultra zero sugar powerade now.

OMG! I had this exact same thing happen to me! I feel for you!! I was told mine was due to dehydration but they never improved the whole time I was in the hospital on IV hydration. It wasn’t until I got home and crushed up Excedrin Migraine and took it.
Wish you the best of luck!

Yep, could be keto flu. Google it & see if it’s what you’re experiencing. Plus you’re likely experiencing withdrawals from caffeine, sugar, etc. It does get better.

Good luck with your surgery.

Thanks, I did look it up.

Is it common to have headaches during your 2 week pre op liquid diet? My head has been bothering for the past 3 days. I'm on day 6 out of 14.

Yes it is because were not getting as much minerals right now because we are trying to cope our bodies to eat smaller portions.

Costco has little packets( like crystal lite) that just has electrolyte powder in them you can add to liquid.
