Sleeved Feb 2021 and still having discomfort eating and drinking. Not able to eat one whole egg yet and too much of a gulp of water hurts. I've developed some unhealthy coping mechanisms just to hide from the hunger. I'm always hungry. Just venting at this point. I'm not sure what's worse the pain from not eating or the pain of trying to get the food down. I feel so anxious thinking about putting anything in my mouth that's not going to numb the pain. I was told that it will get better. I was so excited when I hit that 4 month mark and I was like yay I can try salads. Did not go down well at all and not to be gross but came right out exactly as it went in. Just having a hard time with food. [emoji17]
