Hard time adjusting

I had my surgery December 2nd and I'm on the struggle bus with head hunger and cravings as well. My stomach is healing slower so I'm stuck on liquids and very thin purees. It's so hard. Know you're not alone. Surgery may have shrunk our stomach but not the cravings.

In order to stay away from the delicious foods, I will go to the bedroom and play video games or text my friends. I've been watching a ton of youtube and discovering new youtubers that make me laugh and forget things for awhile. I do tell my husband to eat in front of me once in a while because it's just something to get used to. My stomach will only comfortablt hold 2 tbsp at a time. I have buyer's remorse every other day. But I know this will eventually worth it. Hang in there!
