Looking for a good alarm watch

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone!

Totally my first post so be gentle... but I'm currently on Slimtime and having trouble keeping to my staggered Vitamin and shakes schedule.

So I'm looking for a watch that has the option to create many, quiet, vibrating alarms (my phone can't always be on me at work) and I've noticed that most smartwatche's do this but I've now bought and returned 4 (knock offs I'm sure... looking in the $30 to $70 cnd range) and they all have annoying and incorrect step counters on them I can't turn off.

Does anyone out there have any good suggestions?

What the everlasting ******** are you trying to ********** accomplish!!!!

:)

Welcome to the forums.

I'd just go to Walmart or Target or whatever your preferred store is. They will have all sorts of options that do what you want in the price range you want that have the appearance you prefer.

It's really all about you and your preferences.

But know this, if you make a bad choice your whole program will fail. ;)

For me, it has to have Mickey doing the pointing, or it's simply not going to work.

Good Luck,

Tek

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
