    My surgeon didn't require complete liquid diet pre op. I lucked out. I have one meal a day, and the rest liquid. All liquid all the time starts this week. Yowzahh!

    I am so happy to have found this site. Thank you for all the support. It's what I have been hoping to find. I see these amazing weight loss numbers, and I can't wait to join in! I am super pumped!???
