Trying to kick Sweet craving and Carbs bread

Need help struggling with sweet craving and bread carbs. How is everyone getting thru these cravings. Work (retail) schedule is crazy 10 hours days. Around food entire time. So temptations are there . I do make my meals but feel I’m eating to much or not enough. Drinking Water is null and void. Because I just do not like drinking plain Water.

Need some good tips to get thru and defeat these cravings. Have 10:pounds from goal. Down 60 pounds.
I had a hard time with water also did crystal light before couldn't stand it after. Water on a whole made me sick. I hate Gatorade. I did some research and water nausea is a thing and that's why a lot of people including me from even before surgery put stuff in their water. I had to try so many different waters until I found one that didn't sit heavy on my stomach mine is smart water. Made look and find one that works for you. And my dr said I can have some carbs as long as I eat my Protein first. I love bread. I'll eat a sandwich on a French roll or something but only eat it with bread on the bottom. Also can't eat a whole sandwich. As far as sweets find something that isn't terrible for you to feed it a little so it's not always on a 10. I like breyers carb smart ice cream. I also like yogurt strawberries and a granola. I found a granola that is low in carb and sugar made by ratio.

      Well, tomorrow I go in for an impromptu hiatal hernia repair after ending up in the ER over the weekend because I couldn't get food down and water was moving at a trickle... I've been having these symptoms on and off for a few weeks but Sunday was the worst by far and came with chest pain and trouble breathing. The ER PA thinks it is just esophagitis and that the surgeon and radiologist are wrong. But the bariatric surgeon swears it is a hernia, possibly a sliding one based on my symptoms. So he fit me into his schedule this week to repair it! I hope he's right and this sorts it out. He's going to do a scope afterwards to be sure there is nothing wrong with the esophagus. Here's hoping it all goes well!!

      Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!
