Does anyone have a September date? I am hopeful to have surgery in September. Revision from an experimental transoral surgery to DS.

Today is the day! Drinking my pre-op apple juice now (yuck!). Has to be done before 5, leave for the hospital at 6, surgery at 9 :) Waiting for my husband to lose it on the way to the hospital lol. He is being good right now, but I know it is coming!

Good luck!! Wishing you a smooth surgery and speedy recovery!!! Welcome to the loser's bench [emoji253][emoji253][emoji253][emoji169]?

I'm in love!!! Got a sample today of something that may save my life, and yours if you are sick of sweet protein shakes. The Unjury chicken soup.... 21g of protein, and a savory, salty alternative to the gallons of sweet shakes!!

My surgery date is September 17th, it’s been a long process and ready for the next step!
Me to! So close! I am only on liquids for 1 day before. I got my final appointment with the nurse on the 11th. Will have to do blood and urine test after that but it's all so close!
I am the 17th! Can i join the party? There are five of us now, I think. Lots of 17th surgery dates. I will be doing gastric sleeve.

My doc gave verrrrry little guidance on the pre-op diet. I see him Thursday but seeing as how its 2 weeks out I think i'm gong to switch over now. Anyone want to chime in with what their pre-op diet looks like?

I'm new here - sorry if this isn't appropriate etiquette.
My pre-op diet is the day before surgery I am on a full liquid diet. Other then that they let me enjoy whatever (as long as I maintain my weight loss) required for the surgery and insurance.

Mine is now September 18th!! I’m so excited!!

Hi all! I’m scheduled for a gastric bypass on 19 September! Both excited and terrified! But all positive vibes :)

my sleeve is on the 17th - just nearing the end of the first week of pre-op!

Yikes! Tomorrow is the big day for me. I have to be at the hospital at 5:30 AM. So very nervous.
