  12. @Jay R I actually don’t count my calories(I know bad) I just eat when I’m hungry and until I’m full. But I workout 5 days a week so I’m assuming that helps.
  13. Surgery was September 9th and I’m 60 lbs down!!! I’m still heavy but I feel so good about myself!! Will insert a before and after. Also want to see others before and after!!
  14. What did you guys eat for your first “regular” good meal? I’m so excited but scared! Would low carb tortillas be okay?
  15. So I’m 5 weeks out and I noticed some days, even though I eat the same thing... I’ll get horrible pain in my back and burp then I end up throwing up then I’m fine. Anyone else experience this. I don’t think I’m eating too much. I measure out my food. Anyone else have that?
  16. I had eggs beaters with a little salt and pepper. It was very good. I was too scared to be adventurous lol
  17. I stayed one night. I was up and walking and eating real well. I did have a lot of nausea the first night after surgery but that passed the next morning. The nurse actually told me I would be there 3 nights at least due to nausea and throwing up. Nope, surgeon came in that morning and said I was doing great and I could go home that afternoon. I felt 100 times better at home.
  18. Surgery on sept 9th 2019 weight was 325 lbs Today on sept 24th 2019 I was 305.
  19. I haven’t had a bowel movement in 5 days. No pain. What did y’all use to help? Miralax hurts my belly.
  20. 30 lbs gone. Might not be much but it’s something ??????
  21. I’ve noticed the days following surgery, my heart date has been a little higher than normal. Its normally between 70-85 but now it’s like mid to high 90s... when I’m in heat, it’s over 100, not but much. Anyone have this happen? I have no idea if the blood thinner will make it high or not.
  22. What are you guys allowed to have on your full liquids diet? I had gastric bypass. I drained soul this morning and ate the broth and omg ?? but I’m having a really hard time getting my 70g of protein in. Recommendations? Thanks :)
