I hate protein shakes. I have been doing Fairlife milk since it has 13 G of protein per cup. I also made some creamy tomato soup with it yesterday and sipped on that all day.

  • I lived on protein shakes, sugar free pudding, Campbells chicken soup minus the noodles, and sugar free popsicles.

I lived on fair life milk, high protein yogurt YQ and Campbell chicken noodle (broth only) soup!

I drink Premier protein shakes (30Grams) and Dannon Oikos yogurt (15grams).
