  1. I drink Premier protein shakes (30Grams) and Dannon Oikos yogurt (15grams).
  2. Over the last two weeks the same issue has occured. If I'm in direct sunlight either walking around or sitting in my yard for only 20 - 60 minutes I feel so sick to the point I feel like I'm going to pass out. This happens in temperature ranges of 70 - upper 80's. Has this ever happened to anyone? I use to have this issue when I underwent chemotherapy. I would get dehydrated very fast. That being said I drink water with electrolytes all day long. Could it be from how little food intake that you can dehydrate faster? I was looking into the product Liquid IV. It helps with dehydration. Has anyone tried it?
  3. I had my surgery on July 8. I had discomfort until this morning the 10th. Only need three pain pills once home the day after surgery on Tuesday and Wednesday. I woke up this morning the 11th feeling amazing. No regrets at all. Just take it slow. Get the walks in and sip your fluids. I count to 4 when sipping then swallow my fluids. I’m down 11 pounds since the 8th. I’m extremely happy with this decision. Just take your time with walking, getting up, drinking and eating.
  4. I had my sleeve on July 8. It’s the July 11th and I feel great. The hardest part is getting in the fluids in with small sips. It’s hard but I’m making it work. I’m down 11 pounds since 7/8.
  5. I'm scheduled for July 8 at Mercy Hospital in Rockville Center, NY. I cant wait for the next chapter to begin.
