Issues with direct sunlight

Over the last two weeks the same issue has occured. If I'm in direct sunlight either walking around or sitting in my yard for only 20 - 60 minutes I feel so sick to the point I feel like I'm going to pass out. This happens in temperature ranges of 70 - upper 80's. Has this ever happened to anyone?

I use to have this issue when I underwent chemotherapy. I would get dehydrated very fast. That being said I drink water with electrolytes all day long. Could it be from how little food intake that you can dehydrate faster?

I was looking into the product Liquid IV. It helps with dehydration. Has anyone tried it?

I can't speak for the VSG, but when I lost 100lbs on Optifast, I experienced this after resuming normal food, but when I went out hiking somewhat vigorously. I hope others have better ideas. Great question!

I am having somewhat similar sensations but my,Opthamologist. says mine is due to Poor Focus of my eyes and should repair itself once I have my remaining cataract removed October 3rd.
