No more meds!!!

It’s official! 2 of my goals are crossed off ~ I was able to go off my diabetic meds the 2nd day I began the optifast! Then I was able to stop taking my blood pressure medication about a month or so ago! I am beyond ecstatic and amazed! ...determined to not go back!!! Anyone else?

oh, first day back at the track today since the snow is gone now! Loving it!!!

Congrats! Thankfully, I've already gone off one (of three) diabetes meds and my hbp meds have been cut in half. Hopeful that after surgery the others will be unnecessary quickly after surgery.

I was off mp BP ,Metformin, cholesterol medication and no longer have sleep apnea. Almost immediately after my sleeve surgery. But my reflux is much worse than it was before. Had to add more medication for it. Waiting for approval from my insurance companies for the RNY revision to get rid of the reflux (praying that it works)!!
