Hello, 10 months post op RNY and have lost 78 lbs since surgery and 95 since starting program. Things have definitely slowed down but then again I am closer to goal so makes sense. I started this journey at 61 so expected to be a slower loser! I have been dieting since I was 12 and was never able to sustain any weight loss so I am still cautiously optimistic! Hoping I can be successful at maintaining too! I am noticing my neck getting loose skin if anybody knows of a good firming cream! ?

Update: I’ll be 3 months post-op next week and I just hit a milestone earlier this week.
On April 30, I was officially under 200 pounds!!!!!!

I was even brave enough to weigh again this morning and I’ve dropped another 2 so I’m at 197.8.

Takes my total loss post-surgery to 45 pounds.
All of this in 12 weeks

6 weeks out, bit over 40 lbs lost. Fluctuating a bit, so up a bit today.

Congrats everyone!

2 Months and 3 weeks

48 pounds baby!!!!

It's slowing down a bit now for me but I'm walking 20 minutes at lunch break and another 30 minutes with my dog at night. Whoooo hoooo!

Amazing results and life style changes you all.

Highest Weight: 303 pounds

Surgical approval weight: 272

Weight at surgery: 262

Current Weight: 245

So...27 pounds lost.

I had surgery (bypass) four weeks ago. I think I may be on the slower side weight loss wise. I log everything, exercise and try to meet my hydration and protein goals.

I plan on using my cardio in two more weeks and adding weight lifting if I get clearance.
