  10. Starting this journey (pre-op) up to Surgery I lost 60 lbs. I lost 20 more on the liver shrinking diet. Since surgery in January, I have lost 58 lbs. So from my highest weight just over a year ago, I am down 122 lbs!
  11. I had my surgery at the beginning of January (Bypass) and I am now having horrible constipation (and passing them have been absolute hell. I was already on 2 different types of laxatives and the nurse suggested switching to a different variety. This is far worse than any other problem I have had. Anyone else have this experience? Solve the problem?
  12. Mine told me to avoid carbs until 4 - 6 months after the surgery! It kinda sucks but I am getting results too.
