week 2 only .5kg lost. HELP!!!

I got sleeved on the 7th of march @ 139.1kg, when I went for my 1 week check i was 134kg . climbed the scale today and only 0.5kg lost. I have been walking for 30mins every morning and keeping to my liquid diet. Someone help please. Did anyone experience this initial lull?

That's, that's normal. You get numbers the first two weeks, then a stall, then things start moving slowly but steadily.

I didn't lost much at all for about a month. Everyone else who had it at the same time lost heaps immediately. I have PCOS though so that may have impacted. Or just different people being different. - Now I'm one year in and have lost two thirds of the weight I want to lose. Once it started coming off it was steady and easy. Give it time.
