What do you think?

Recommended Posts

I found these at Walmart after hunting for a new shake because I hate Vega. Purely Inspired tastes SO GOOD! Is this a good one? I am 99% vegan and try to stay as low carb as possible. I'm not due for the sleeve for 5 1/2 months (oh my glob it feels like a lifetime!) but I definitely want to find the perfect one before then because I'll be using it so much. I use 8 ounces of the milk and 2 scoops of powder.

What do you think about the label on each? Anything I should worry about?

Thank you so much! Capture%2B_2019-01-23-14-38-52(1).jpeg Capture%2B_2019-01-21-23-05-11(1).jpeg Capture%2B_2019-01-23-14-40-51(1).jpeg Capture%2B_2019-01-23-14-41-03(1).jpeg

Ask your NUT if this is a complete Protein. I can't tell from the label. You don't want to miss any essential nutrients

I showed her at my first appointment last week and she seemed happy with it! But had never had a client use it or any vegans at all period.

I think you shouldn't cross-post the same thread in three different areas! :)

I guess she'll have to do some research to counsel you!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
