I remember the beginnings but Wowsers the end product is Wonderful!

Way to go! You have put in some hard & heavy work! Great muscle tone in your arms, back & shoulders. My surgery is Monday and I love seeing results like this. I have two co-workers who have had the surgery but three years out you would never know that. I don't want to be a failure. Congratulations and good luck on your fitness journey.
