First - 6 lbs in a week and a half is GREAT. Likely your body gained some weight from swelling/fluid while in the hospital, so you're still working on that. One thing that has helped me feel better

I was sleeved on 11/21. I Don’t eat. Not that I’m proud of that. I try to take down as much water as I can. I eat broth, protein shakes (well 1 a day). I’ve been going to the gym, now granted I’m walking on the treadmill. Trying to move more than before. Sorry I’m ranting. My question is, how the hell since 11/21 have I only lost 6 pounds? I feel so dejected. Was this surgery a a huge mistake?
