Breast Reduc and Lift Question

Recommended Posts

So....question- I am 4 yrs post op. I have always had very large 'assets' and because my mom never helped me get fitted for the right bra at the age of 10-11 when they most needed it, I've always had a serious droop (like totally southward).

Now that I'm almost to my ultimate goal, i'm looking sad and deflated, albeit still small C size.

I would love to have a serious reduction and lift, essentially to get to a small B. I know, most women would want a lift with implant, but I prefer a smaller size.

Any ideas how this will be an option, and anyone here had something similar?

My hairdresser just had this done less than a month ago. She is about a large B/small C now and is happy with that. Her surgeon said she had enough breast tissue so she did not need implants. She did lose a lot of weight previously and had breastfed all 3 of her daughters.

You might be surprised to find a lift is all you need... they excise extra skin in a keyhole shape and that will reduce your cup size quite a bit all by itself. I had a lift with implants and would up the exact same bra size bc the implants made up for the removed skin (that I’d been “rolling up” and tucking into my bra!

I had a reduction and uplift - I am more happy than I ever was as I was a G cup in beginning then went down to deflated E cup and looked dreadful - I wanted the smallest I could get - He said he could do a C - But I think now I am a B 1/2 or small C - I am very happy that I did it - Even though it has been 8 years now and they are slightly deflated (age/ and a lil bit weight loss after the op)

I would do it again 1000 times over - As I love having small boobs :-) And I - Like you - Did not want implants.....

I attach two pics for you - Before....

And a week after the op.....

Good luck - I hope whatever you choose to do that you are as happy as I am with your results :-)

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
