It’s mind of matter love and I know it’s hard I’m only a few days post op and I feel like I should not be able to drink this much water and goes down fine...Just eat was on your plate don’t eat to get full and try and drink lots of fluid between meals that always gives me that full feeling

Some swelling has went down, that is likely what you are experiencing. Stalls happen - and changing food stages means a few adjustments in that area, our bodies are healing and adapting to all this, we retain fluid to heal inflammation, we aren't always eliminating regularly either.

Be patient. This is a long process, the rest of your life actually. Follow the rules, track your food, drink your fluids, learn. It takes time to get the 'full message'. That is why we eat slowly, chew well and wait. I get a runny nose, hiccups, or sneeze. Don't keep eating waiting for that stuffed feeling, take your time. You will feel it more by eating your dense protein first, followed by a few bites of vegetables. Trust it.

If you're eating healthy foods, why don't you eat them until you feel full and satisfied? I doubt at this point you'd be able to eat more than a couple of ounces of solid protein. No reason to be hungry, as long as you are making good choices :)

Tell us what/ how you are eating when this happens? It matters.

The stall will sort itself out...

Like some of the others said, we'll need an example of what you eat in a day plus how much liquids you're getting in daily
