Two months post op, hard time taking deep breath

Anyone have this issue....I'm 2 months out after sleeve and hiatal hernia repair. . I've experienced tightness in rib area, feels like I can't take a deep breath. No pain or shortness of breath. Just this feeling of tightness at times. . I've had this feeling on and off since surgery. No other issues. I'm progressing along quite well but this does bother me.
