I see people mentioning stalls on here but I was wondering if anyone would be willing to discuss them more in depth.
My mom is three weeks post off and is having a stall she dropped 20+ lbs by her two week check up but has been sticking around the same weight since her two week appointment. She has gone from liquid to blended foods, still eating very little at each eating encounter, but is getting her protein in each day. I keep telling her stalls are going to happen but she's getting frustrated. Any advice or pep talks are greatly appreciated
She is feeling like a failure.
