@Morales This really depends on so many factors... your current weight, how much you lose, your age, etc etc. You will have excess skin more than likely. Working out helps, building muscle helps by filling in the spaces where fat used to be, compression gear helps to some extent, but really just keeping things in place. The quicker you lose weight the more likely you'll have saggy skin. But even losing 100% naturally without surgery is going to leave some lose skin.
