July surgery

Good Morning

Im having my surgery on July 19,2018. Just wondering if any one else is having their surgery in July? Just want someone to talk to about the stress of surgery and excitement

Just got my date; July 30th. Happy but scared of surgery! The more I read about "complications" such as blood clots, I get a little afraid.

I suspect I'll say ditto too, I bet Dr Needleman will put me on? Lovenox also. Remember I am also 72-- so age is also an increased risk. If I got to vote, I'd go for Xarelto, had it post both knee replacements, worked great and it's pills.?
July 30th
July 3rd!

Mine is July 3rd too!

I’m absolutely freaking out about it! It’s my first surgery ever.

Mine too!!! It's coming so fast too.....My first appointment was less than a month ago. At least it's so fast that I don't have time to freak out too badly. But, still a little worried about the unknown.......

I’ve just been trying my best to focus on what to take with me to the hospital and not on what can go wrong. I had to do 7 months of pre-op visits so it’s given me more than enough time to think about everything. I’ve almost canceled twice!

mckenzie....

We all freak a little. I try not to think about what they will be doing during surgery. I have faith in my surgeon. And I know he will help me and take care of me no matter what happens later. Most do not have problems. If i made it through a open hysterectomy which i had cut opened then this is doable for sure. We are all in this together.

We are going to Sparkle
We are going to Shine
We're a bunch of July Firecrackers?
And Baby, that's Just Fine!???
