I’ve been hospitalized a few times myself for abdominal surgeries (spinal fusion and c-section) and definitely used everything on the list...the hospital stays were longer though. And I’ll have my husband to help me going home ? The hospital told me no sandals; only sneakers to walk the halls.

My surgery is July 30th and, being a planner by nature, I’ve made a list of what I should include in my hospital bag for my one night. Is there anything I’m not considering? I enjoy protein water. I dilute it significantly, though since it’s super sweet

My husband bought me a Green Bay Packer polo shirt in Large. My surgery isn’t until July 30th so I don’t think I’ll be able to wear it this year for Football season, but I’ll definitely be ready next year!
