I am a bigger chested women and I am a little over a week PO. I am having a hard time wearing a bra because of the pressure. Has anyone else had this feeling?

  • I have an incision right where my bra band sits. Just wearing a tank and sweatshirts. At least the cold weather helps me get away with hiding my lack of bra.

Same here, I'm glad I'm not crazy! 4 days post of - I wear a bra with the straps unbuckled. I feel like it gives me a tiny bit of support/nipple coverage.

I didn’t wear a bra for 3 weeks after surgery. Even going out to walk or errands. So yes!

Yeah, wearing a bra was very uncomfortable. Started wearing one after 2 weeks post op.

Yes! I worn one today for a few hours and had to take it off as soon as I got home. It was pinching me even though I purposely wore my bigger bra!

Mine feels like it’s suffocating me. [emoji51]

I didn't wear one at all the first week. I was back at work the second week, so I wore tank tops under very "busy" shirts to try and disguise the girls. I could wear a loose bra after the second week. My problem wasn't the surgery, per se, but that I had 2 incisions that fell right where the bra band sits.
