  1. I had the gastric sleeve surgery done on 3/13/18. I lost a total of 26lbs. Im still on puree food and I also hit a stall for over a week. I talked to my nurse and she said it is normal. Just to make sure to have enough protein because your body will NOT get rid of fat if it does not have enough protein. It’s important to have at least 60g of protein daily.
  2. Yeah, wearing a bra was very uncomfortable. Started wearing one after 2 weeks post op.

  4. I will also try the gummies. I just ordered the Premier Protein. Hopefully it helps. I wasn't expecting this to be this difficult, plus the weakness is getting to me. Thank you for the suggestion!

  6. I had the gastric sleeve surgerg on 3/13/18. Im hitting 4 weeks post op and having a difficult time intaking 60g of protein. I started drinking protein shakes but I can not find one that I like. Any suggestions? Also, I was told to take chewable multivitamins. I have tried so many and end up throwing up because of the taste. Which ones are you guys taking?
