How Do I Change Surgery Year On Account

Hi. First post and it's a technical question. I didn't realize that my posted surgery date says "December 28, 2018" until after I posted it. I've gone in to edit account and can't find where I can edit surgery year to 2017. Is anyone able to help me out?
