GASTRIC BYPASS OR LOOP DS???

Hey everyone, I'm new here and i'm getting close to having surgery date. Can any of you tell me the things you like or don't like about having gastric bypass? like are any of you lactose intolerant? or know any reasons i shouldn't be considering loop ds? thank you in advance for your feedback

    My surgeon said my starting BMI wasn't high enough for DS, so I never looked into it, sorry. In general I'd say the less complicated the surgery, the better; that's why I chose VSG over gastric bypass.
