Started at a size 24 and xxl shirt. Now I’m in a size 6 and a medium shirt. Down to 170 pounds and only 20 away from my goal weight. 99BEAF63-CA1D-40C8-91D1-9791EDB150E8.thumb.jpg.4d4eac9a8582d2a8d4e2108bfbe45ce9.jpg

I want to know how you feel ? You look amazing. Your confidence must be at 100 knowing how amazing you look is it hard being humble knowing how far you have come and seeing how people may have changed how they are towards you ? In all honesty I'm feeling myself since the weightloss lol sometimes. Sometimes I don't believe my body is mine. Yours is such a huge transformation. Amazing.

I feel pretty good most of the time. I have noticed people seem to be more respectful towards me which makes me a little sad thinking back to how it used to be. I still have a hard time taking compliments. I also have to constantly remind myself that I’m not 306 pounds anymore. That I can fit between cars without turning or having to go around.
Then there’s times when I feel on top of the world. I walk around like I own the damn place ya know?

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
